1. Symphonix Health Trademarks
The following names and marks are trademarks of Symphonix Health:
- Symphonix Health™ — Company name and brand
- BulletTrain™ — Health Information Exchange platform
- GHARRA™ (Global Healthcare Agent Registry & Routing Authority) — Federated agent registry
- Nexus A2A™ (Nexus Agent-to-Agent) — Agent-to-agent communication protocol
- Bevan LLM™ — Healthcare language model
- SignalBox™ — Orchestration control plane; also SignalBox MCP, the browser automation and evidence-capture engine
- Patient360™ — Unified patient view
- Grounded Clarity™ — Clinical reasoning principle
- BulletLink™ — Universal connectivity agent
Symphonix Health claims common-law trademark rights in the marks listed above. Formal trademark registration applications are pending.
2. Logo Usage Guidelines
- The Symphonix Health shield logo with rainbow ECG pulse is a protected brand asset.
- Do not modify, recolour, or distort the logo.
- Minimum clear space: equal to the height of the healthcare cross element.
- Do not use the logo to imply endorsement or partnership without written permission.

3. Product Trademark Policy
BulletTrain is free to install and self-host, GHARRA is a managed service, and Nexus A2A is a governed protocol. Access to or use of these products does not grant rights to use Symphonix Health trademarks.
Important: Use of Symphonix Health products does NOT grant rights to use Symphonix Health trademarks (BulletTrain™, GHARRA™, Nexus A2A™, etc.).
- You may describe your use of the products (e.g., “Built with the Nexus Agent-to-Agent protocol”) but may not use Symphonix Health trademarks in your product name, company name, or domain name without written permission.
- Product access does not grant trademark rights.
4. Third-Party Trademarks
The following trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only. Symphonix Health claims no affiliation with or endorsement by these organisations:
- HL7® and FHIR® are registered trademarks of Health Level Seven International.
- SNOMED CT® is a registered trademark of SNOMED International.
- DICOM® is a registered trademark of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA).
- OpenHIE is a trademark of the OpenHIE community.
- Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC.
- GPT is a trademark of OpenAI, Inc.
- DeepSeek is a trademark of DeepSeek AI.
